The subject of the contract is an individually performed research and analysis service, the result of which is made available to you as a digital report.

1. Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who concludes the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tim Schwarz, Sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer), Lindenstraße 29, 15370 Petershagen, Deutschland, email: schwarz.tim@yahoo.com, telephone: 015737583101) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any costs as a result.

3. Early commencement of performance

You may expressly request that we begin providing the contracted research and analysis service before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw after performance has begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required, where the statutory conditions are met, to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the withdrawal. That amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided in comparison with the full scope of the contract.

Placing an order or making a payment alone does not remove your right of withdrawal.

4. Expiry of the withdrawal right on complete performance

Your right of withdrawal expires when the contracted service has been fully performed, provided that you expressly requested us to begin performance before the withdrawal period expired and confirmed that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.

The right expires only if all of these conditions are met. The mere start of the research does not cause the right of withdrawal to expire.

Both declarations are collected before payment as separate, not pre-ticked confirmations and stored with their wording, version, language, time and order reference. They are never inferred from the fact that you clicked "Pay now".

5. Electronic withdrawal

You can declare your withdrawal using the "Withdraw from a contract" function on our website. The function remains available throughout the statutory withdrawal period.

• Available without signing in at /withdraw; it requires the order reference from your order confirmation and the email address of the account used for the purchase.
• Signed-in customers find the same function in their account under "Orders & purchases".
• The declaration is recorded with its wording, version, language and timestamp and is linked to the order.
• We confirm receipt without undue delay on a durable medium by email.
• The function exposes no account or report data and is rate-limited against abuse.

An unequivocal statement sent by email to schwarz.tim@yahoo.com is equally effective.
